Yesterday the residents enjoyed an Italian day. The chefs prepared some wonderful food as well as the residents helping to prepare homemade pizzas.
On the menu for the day was Galia Melon with fresh figs and air dried ham, Chilli and basil fishcakes with sweet potato chips and pesto mayonnaise, Mediteranean vegetables with potato gnocchi and tomato fondu, Meatballs roasted in a tomato sauce and tagliatelle, followed by Tiramisu with brownie crumb and Expresso mousse with amaretti biscuits. Wow, what a feast!!
