We are delighted to announce that our Head Chef, Chris McDonald yesterday became the winner of the Regional "Cook Off" for the NACC Care Cook of the Year Competition! His winning dishes were Pork Cheek in Red Wine (Cheeky Pork!) which is a favourite with the residents on our Daily Classic Lunch Menu, and Poached Meringue on a Sauce Anglaise with Raspberry Coulis.

Chris will now compete in the National Final on 8th June 2016 at Barking and Dagenham College in London.
